- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Products customized with company names, logos, or any personalized branding.
- Errors in the approved design (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect logos) that were overlooked during the design approval process.
- Minor variations in color, size, or finish due to manufacturing processes or material differences.
- Products that meet the approved specifications but do not meet subjective expectations.
3. Eligibility for Return or Refund
- Customized products are eligible for return or refund only if:
- They are defective or damaged during manufacturing or transit.
- They differ significantly from the final approved design.
- Incorrect items were delivered.
- For non-customized products, eligibility includes damage, defects, or incorrect items.
4. Approval Process for Customized Orders
- Clients are required to approve the final design before production begins.
- Once the design is approved, Brandshoppie is not liable for any errors or discrepancies present in the approved design.
5. Return and Refund Process
Customized Products
- Requests must include proof of defects or transit damage (e.g., photographs or videos).
- Issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Customized Products
- Return or refund requests follow the same process outlined above.
6. Replacement Policy
- For defective or damaged customized products, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
- Replacement timelines depend on the complexity of customization and product availability.
7. Cancellations
- Orders for customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has commenced.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a mistake by Brandshoppie.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.
